The success of the business depends on it. While its absence can have disastrous consequences. With parents making up more than 80% of the workforce, and balancing work and family being especially relevant to the age group 30 - 45, building better workplaces for parents provides a significant opportunity to positively impact business success.

Working parents share their stories
What are your daily challenges as a working parent? If anything were possible, what would you wish for? What changed for me as a result of being in the parents@work program? Why I became a peer coach?
We look forward to sharing the answers to these questions and more in our storytelling session, where moms and dads from the organization talk about what being a working parents really means and what they would wish for in a perfect world.
At parents@work, our programs are only possible and impactful because of the participation and engagement of the employees. Your input is crucial. Please join us in one of the 3 breakouts, where for 60 minutes, we will exchange, ask questions, coach and encourage one another.
